Stephanie is an amazing person. We had intention to use her as our realtor. She had been sending us properties for a few months leading up to an opportunity falling into our laps that we couldn't resist. Stephanie went out of her way to help even though our home deal was going to take place without realtors. She connected us with our mortgage broker who made our financing approval quick and painless. Hello, my name is Heather. Along with my husband Troy we have recently purchased our dream home. I would love to share our journey with you in the hopes that it may make your journey a little easier and a lot more pleasant. This will be a little long, but I wanted to start at the beginning. We had a terrible year 2020 into early 2021. Job loss, parent loss and all around just feeling lost and disconnected from our lives. We had talked about moving out of the City and into the country once our kids were all done school. Our youngest finished college this year. We began the process of getting our house ready to hit the market. Want to test your marriage – do that LOL. We worked evenings and weekends for months and finally our house was almost ready to hit the market. I began looking on line at houses; all over south eastern Ontario cause we still didn’t really know where we wanted to live. I spoke to a few agents and never quite felt like they got me. (I am a little unusual) and then I enquired on a home I saw that I liked. Stephanie Wilson responded to my inquiry, and over the following days Steph figured out exactly who I was and what I needed. I think Steph knew before I did where I would end up. We will get to that… We sign on with Steph and begin the buying journey. Steph takes us to dozens of houses; some we love, some we don’t and some that terrify us. Through every step of the process Steph was there. Steph was with us when we bid on houses that we lost; and we were devastated and told us that “it wasn’t the right one for you”. Always supportive and helpful; above and beyond at all times. Evenings and weekends and always responding to my crazy text messages. We spent more time with Steph through the summer than with anyone else. We can’t thank her enough. Now to the best part, the part where we get our dream house and didn’t even realize it at the time. Steph finds a home and sends it to me. We go and see it’s nice, very nice, but cold. I want my home to feel like home. Steph continues to show us houses and we find one that I want. We bid on it and are told no, they want to wait. By this point our house has sold and we have a mid-September closing date so the panic sets in. Steph tells us that it will all work out, and that the right one is going to come to us. We lose out on the house I want. This was now the 3rd house we bid on and lost. Steph says let's go take one more look at that house (the one) it has everything you need. We walk through again and this time I see it through Steph’s eyes. She’s right! This is literally everything we wanted. It hits every box on our list. Steph gave me the pep talk I needed when I needed it. See what I mean she knew before we did. Steph has a gift; truly to understand her clients and what they need and want. We would not be where we are today, happy settled in our dream home without Steph. Buying a house and selling a house are difficult and emotional times and with the wrong agent it would be so much worse. I am truly grateful to have found Stephanie Wilson and would suggest that anyone looking to move call her. Steph will find you what you need.

"Amy Marquis is a master at her craft! I recently contacted Amy to sell a rental property. Unsure about whether or not to renovate, I figured whatever money I put into an update I'd get back and more. By the same token, I didn’t exactly want to go through the hassle and mess of a reno. Amy pored over the comparables and studied the market, concluding a renovation wasn’t necessary to get top dollar and suggesting that the house just needed a paint job and good staging. She was absolutely correct and I received several offers — all considerably over asking — and closed 60 days later. Simultaneously, I hired Amy to help update my home. She patiently listened to my list of wants and needs and asked about my decorating style and budget. Afterwards, she presented two completely disparate renovation paths: a major overhaul — involving removing posts and walls and installing new load-bearing beams to open up the entire main floor — and a simpler update that didn’t involve removing walls. She explained the pros and cons of each option and suggested some ingenious storage and design solutions that I'd never seen before. Side note: Besides her own talents, Amy has a stable of trustworthy contacts in all the trades, so she’s able to save you money. Working with Amy was a pleasure. She was always available and patiently answered all my questions no matter how trivial. I would recommend Amy to friends and family in a heartbeat — and already have!"

"Amy has an unparalleled talent for home renovation and décor projects. She truly has an eye for design. We had the pleasure of having Amy help us with our full kitchen renovation. Amy recommended very reasonable and skilled contractors, which we used. She understood our budget and made fantastic suggestions for the new layout. My husband and I simply could not see or would not have thought on our own. Trusting her suggestions (closing up a open area to a sunken family room) provided us more cabinet space and a more useful kitchen for our family.
