Real estate, to me, is so much more than just buying and selling properties—it’s about creating "Happy Places" that reflect who we are, what we love, and where we want to go in life. I’m lucky to wear many hats in my life: I’m married to my wonderful husband, Hal, and together we share our home with our precious yellow lab, Lukey. I’m also a stepmom to three adult sons, a proud Rotarian, and the founder of Marquis Real Estate & Co., where my goal is to blend heart, innovation, and expertise to make every real estate journey a transformative experience.
I grew up in Durham Region and now call the beautiful Northumberland County home. My path into real estate has always been driven by my love for design and a deep appreciation for the communities I serve.

With her own unique journey in real estate she has experience flipping homes, managing investment properties, and overseeing the complete design and construction of a custom waterfront home—from permits to final inspection.
This expertise gives Amy an edge in understanding renovations, floor plans, and new builds, allowing her to provide clients with insights that go beyond the transaction.
