Bringing a unique blend of real estate acumen, a passion for community service, and a background in interior design, Stephanie leverages all of her experiences to ensure successful transactions for her clients. Stephanie has meticulously executed house flips, where her keen eye for property potential and value enhancement resulted in exceptional return on investments. 

She has a vast knowledge of the areas she services having experienced urban , rural and waterfront living in areas such as Durham Region, Northumberland County, Peterborough and now resides in the Kawarthas.

Away from the real estate realm, Stephanie is a devoted  spouse and a proud parent to two adult children. Her household is lively, thanks to the antics of two energetic boxers. Before delving into real estate, Stephanie served as a first responder in two pivotal roles – as a 911 Dispatcher and a Youth Services Officer. This background instilled her with a deep sense of responsibility, understanding, and problem solving- qualities that seamlessly translate into her approach as a realtor.

Amy is a local Interior Designer & REALTOR®  and has consulted with homeowners on projects of varying sizes and understands matching the needs of individual lifestyles to house styles. She is able to speak to floor plans, renovations, structural elements, and new home builds as she has successfully flipped 4 homes, owns an investment prop

Amy is a local Interior Designer & REALTOR®  and has consulted with homeowners on projects of varying sizes and understands matching the needs of individual lifestyles to house styles. She is able to speak to floor plans, renovations, structural elements, and new home builds as she has successfully flipped 4 homes, owns an investment property, along with recently designed and project managed the build of a waterfront home from start to completion, including permit approvals and inspections. Amy provides clear direction and advice while providing consultation, working collaboratively with contractors and skilled trades, as well as, with her Buyers & Sellers in Real Estate. All of this provides a skill set, which adds value to her clients, both in Interior Design and Real Estate. Having been raised in Durham Region and residing in Northumberland County, along with her experience, provides the ability to strategically showcase homes, understand return on investment, understand demographics and recognize the advantages of many community neighbourhoods.  Her genuine interest and focus is in helping others accomplish their home ownership goals and for them to live and enjoy their Happy Place!
